Public sample guidance
Existing and customized samples follow different paths.
Stock or existing-specification samples are normally prepared within 3–5 working days after confirmation. Customized samples normally require 7–15 working days after specification, artwork and sample-charge confirmation. Actual timing is confirmed case by case.
Actual sample availability, charges, shipping and preparation time are confirmed case by case. A sample does not reserve bulk-order availability or timing.

- Product family and outside dimensions
- Depth, rim and visible sidewall construction
- Lid or equipment fit when relevant
- Stacking behavior for the requested construction
