Order lifecycle
Seven clear stages, with a confirmation point at each handoff.
Timing, MOQ, sampling, production and shipping arrangements remain case-specific. The sequence is stable; the details follow the selected product and order.
02Clarify
Review specifications & feasibility
We organize the confirmed facts, identify open points and review product fit, construction, material and custom requirements before quotation.
03Validate
Quotation, sample & approval
Quotation and sampling follow the reviewed scope. Stock or existing-specification samples are normally prepared within 3–5 working days after confirmation. Customized samples normally require 7–15 working days after specification, artwork and sample-charge confirmation. Actual timing is confirmed case by case.
04Confirm
Set the order basis
The product, quantity, approved artwork or sample, packing information and commercial terms are connected before production proceeds.
05Produce
Production & quality checkpoints
Material, forming, surface, finished-product and packing checks are coordinated at the points relevant to the confirmed order.
06Prepare
Packing, shipment & documents
Carton marks, packing method, cargo readiness and shipment documents are coordinated against the order plan. Standard mass production is normally 25–40 days after deposit and final specification or artwork approval. Customized packaging, peak seasons, large mixed-SKU orders and new tooling may require additional time.
07Follow up
Review after-delivery issues
If an issue is reported, we collect the order reference, SKU, affected quantity and clear evidence, then review the case against the confirmed order record.
