Before production
The team confirms the product family, SKU, dimensions, material grade, construction, custom details, quantity and packing requirements. Any unclear item is resolved before the order is released to production.
Material basis
The specified stainless-steel grade is checked against the confirmed SKU and order information. Incoming material is also reviewed for visible condition and suitability for the planned production process before use.
During production
Control follows the production sequence, covering forming, rim and sidewall construction, surface handling and approved custom details. Relevant checkpoints are applied according to the product and order requirements.
Before release
Before shipment, the finished products and packing are reviewed against the confirmed order. Applicable points can include product identity, dimensions and construction, visible surface and workmanship, approved markings, quantity, labels, carton marks and packing arrangement.
When a result differs from the confirmed product or order requirement, the open point is reviewed before shipment and followed up according to the specific order and issue.
